Concept 3

This concept focuses on a double upright design with a plastic base to contain exercise equipment. with the addition of strength, a double upright design allows for multiple height exercise band attachment points.

We designed several variations of custom exercise boxes using a variety of materials and construction methods, with the goal of allowing the client to price out upfront tooling costs compared to per-unit assembly price, and the viability of user assembly vs. factory assemble.

Before diving into refined concepts, we worked out the necessary dimensions and equipment with the client. Balancing the specific needs of the coaching regimens and technology, manufacturing, and shipping were paramount to ensure success in the next phase of design for the product. This layout is the result of client conversations and internal dimension testing.
